- What if I change my mind?
That’s fine. Everyone is entitled to change their mind. You can cancel your direct debit at any time. There is no refunds.
- How many times can I use the VIP a month
You have unlimited use of the VIP membership a month. Subject to downtime between certain treatments.

- Can I book in advance using my VIP membership
You can only book 4 weeks infront from when the membership payment was made. If the payment is taken on June 28th you can only book appointments up until July 28th using the VIP prices.

- Is everyone entitled to the birthday gift?
Only those that have subscribed to the VIP membership for 6 months
